Who are members of the NAJ?

Our Coat of Arms: The Mark of Quality

You may well have noticed your NAJ member jeweller proudly displaying our coat of arms and their membership certificate both on their premises and their website. The coat of arms is there to confirm that your jeweller is a member of the National Association of Jewellers.

This Mark of Quality is there to reassure you of a member’s experience, expertise, ethical standards, trust, meticulous attention to detail and genuine commitment to providing you with the highest level of customer service.

Our members sign and display a Customer Charter demonstrating their commitment to conducting business with integrity and in an honest and professional manner.
